Administrative Reforms Necessary in theS.N.K. School.
The observer here mentions objectively what he observed duringhis stay in the school for 4 months [i.e., from June to September]. Though he learnt a few good things in the school, he came toknow certain drawbacks, shortcomings and glaring faults in theschool system, which need to be addressed by systematic,delicate and rationalistic manner_ to acquire which requires ultra-professionalism and humanistic (as well as humanitarian)approach. The Recruitment Strategy
:Recruitment strategy plays an initial vital role in determining thefuture direction of any institute. The S.N.K. School is not anexception. The system needs to take into account along with therecruits’ (including the would-be/ new principals’) qualificationsand competence, their areas of strengths and interests. The latter(i.e. interests) should get the topmost priority in order to ensuretheir longer stay in the school. If some of them cannot identifytheir interests, the school administration needs to help them inthat direction. Even the school administration needs to go to theextent of giving them an expert guidance in identifying them. These interests should be the main criteria in recruiting the staff in the school.
