Human Resources
The Human Resource Professional Development Program (HRPDP) is a rotational, 2-year program designed to develop future HR professional leaders to further their understanding of human resources and provide them the exposure to the business as a whole. The professionals are rotated across three existing HR functions within Caterpillar to help them understand the Caterpillar HR model.
There is a clear expectation of mobility and placement across various CAT locations depending on the assignments/rotations. After the rotation program, the incumbents are placed in response to the business needs.
