Leadership is one of the most important skills a manager can master. It can be learned.Generally, its perceived that leadership is either something you were born with or not. True,some people are natural born leaders but, for the other 99% of the population, we have to learnhow to be good leaders. Motivation is another subject of extreme importance to anyone whosupervises people. Motivated workers are happier, more productive, more satisfied with their joband more willing to put forth extra effort. The leader who truly understands human motivationwill find much success in this industry.Leaders who know how to create high synergy learning environments have the better chance toimplement lasting change and benefits for their specific organizations and participating membersas well as for society and the environment in general.
