Leader’s Responsibilities

Those who are identied on bookings as leaders are responsible or their group. Leaders should not allow campers under their care to go o site without their permission and without a specic time by which to report back. Leaders should not go o-site without leaving some other adult responsible or their group and should inorm the sub-camp leader o this change. In the case o an emergency we need to be able to contact the leader as soon as possible.

3. alcohol must not be brought into

or consumed on site

4. no one who is intoxicated will be

permitted to either enter the

site or remain on the site

times to obtain entrance to all

events

6. no mixed sleeping (unless married)

7. tents must be at least 3 metres

apart and should not be pitched

without permission rom the

sub-camp leader.

8. do not cook inside tents

other than the designated cook

9. no camp res or disposable

barbeques to be used on the

grass.

10. no vehicles on camp site except

those required by sta

11. valuables let in tents or cars are
let entirely at the owners risk
12. litter must not be let around the
site as this causes health and

saety problems

Emergency?

In case o emergency please contact your
subcamp leader or the campsite oce.
Medical help is on hand 24 hrs a day. I
you need help just ask at the St Johns
Ambulance tent, the Inormation Point or
any member o sta.

Inormation Point is in the Village. You’ll
easily spot this venue when walking
through the site – we’ve taken over the
oces o the Ulster Farmers Union! Open
daily rom 10am to 10pm or general
enquiries, lost property etc.

PLEASE be quiet at night. It you want to stay
up late, please respect those who are trying
to sleep. Remember that noise carries across
a campsite at night, A quiet curew will be
enorced in the camping area rom 1.30am

onwards.

Event Crew

Famed the world over – the Summer Madness Event Crew are
here to make your stay enjoyable and sae. They work long
hours to make your camp a trouble ree experience, so go on,
give them a smile and let them know they are appreciated.

Lost Wrist Bands

I you lose your wrist band the cost o a replacement is £5.00.
These will only be replaced i veried by your leader (in person)
and i ID is presented.

No crossing into any area that has been marked out

o bounds by red and white tape (this will constitute

trespassing, punishable by law).

Summer Madness wishes to make it clear

that it does not avour sectarian propaganda or proselytizing
within the Christian ellowship and anyone involved in these
practices will be escourted o the site. This means that any
group or individual which uses the SM Festival and its acilities
or such purposes does so against the spirit o the event.

The organisers reserve the right to cancel any

booking (be it that o any individual or group) that they deem necessary and escort all concerned parties o the premises i these ground rules are not observed.
