From 1978 2010, the total probation investigation referrals received was 327,917 The highest investigation referrals received was in 1999 recorded at 19,928 The regions with the highest probation investigation referrals received were National Capital Region (81,875), Region IV (45,533), and Region VII (42,894) The total post-sentence investigation reports and manifestations submitted to Court were 304,987 and 35,541, respectively. The submission of these reports yielded an average completion rate of 85.98% Among the regions, the highest number of postsentence investigation reports submitted to court were National Capital Region (NCR) (66,631), Region IV (41,377), and Region VII (38,233) In terms of manifestations submitted to court, the National Capital Region (14,934), Region VII (3,922), and Region IV (3,498) garnered the highest number Out of these cases submitted to court, 265,341 cases were granted probation, 32,925 were denied, 2,964 were disqualified/dismissed due to death, and 7,548 were withdrawn, and 6,784 were other actions undertaken by the court such as transfer, etc.

From 1978-2012, the total supervision referrals received was 310,446 The highest supervision referrals received was in 2000 recorded at 17,169 The regions which garnered the highest number of probation supervision referrals received was NCR (59,916), Region IV (43,826), and Region VII (40,324) For the period under review, the total terminated cases was 215,535 representing an average termination rate of 20.26%; total revoked cases was 22,977 representing an average revocation rate of 1.94%; total died/other cases was 26,443 representing an average rate for death/others was 1.91% The highest number of terminated, revoked, died/other cases were garnered by NCR (37,529-terminated, 6,141revoked, 6,576died/others), Region IV (30,932-terminated, 3,521-revoked, 3,892-died/others), and Region VII (28,462terminated, 2,761-revoked, 3,197-died/others) The highest supervision referrals received was in 2000 at 17,169 The highest terminated cases was in 2003 pegged at 11,630 The highest revoked cases was in 2003 accounted at 1,763 The highest death/others cases was in 2002 at 2,249

From 1991-2012, the total pre-parole/executive clemency investigation referrals received was 33,074 The highest pre-parole/executive clemency investigation referrals received was in 1996 with 1,972 cases The regions which recorded the highest number of preparole/executive clemency investigation referrals received were NCR (8,141), Region XI (8,107), and Region IV (8,070). Out of the total completed pre-parole/executive clemency investigation, 20,156 cases were for parole, 6,621 were for commutation of sentence, 2,197 were for conditional pardon, 310 were for absolute pardon, and the remaining 3,236 were for other actions undertaken by the Board The highest completed investigation cases for parole was in 1996 with 1,236 cases; for commutation of sentence was in 2007 with 346 cases; for conditional pardon was in 1993 with 351 cases; for absolute pardon was in 1996 with 93 cases; and for other actions undertaken was in 1992 with 384 cases The highest completion rate was in 2007 with 97.42% The regions with the highest number of completed preparole/executive clemency investigation cases for parole, commutation of sentence, conditional pardon, absolute pardon, and others were Region XI (5,210parole, 2,105-commutation of sentence, 275conditional pardon, and 459-others); NCR (3,581parole, 2,376-commutation of sentence, 315conditional pardon, 53-absolute pardon, and 1,806others); Region IV (5,134-parole, 1,557-commutation of sentence, 858-conditional pardon, 51-absolute pardon, and 335-others); and Region VI (29-absolute pardon)

From 1989 2012, the total parole supervision referrals received was 65,608 where the highest recorded referrals received was in 2009 with 5,373 National Capital Region recorded the highest number of parole supervision received with 12,814 This was followed by Region IV with 8,336 and Region VII with 6,445 Out of the total completed supervision cases, 31,546 cases were for final release and discharge; 6,325 cases were for arrest/recommitment, 2,166 cases were for death; and 7,085 cases were for other actions undertaken by the Board The highest number of final release and discharge was in 2007 recorded at 2,419 cases The highest number of arrest/recommitment was in 2004 pegged at 557 cases

The highest number of death cases was in 2007 accounted at 150 The highest number of cases for other actions undertaken by the Board was in 2004 with 644 cases The highest number completed parole supervision cases for final release and discharge, arrested/recommitted, died, and others were garnered by NCR (5,260-final release and discharge, 1,974arrested/recommitted, and 1,494-others); Region IV (3,962-final release and discharge, 865arrested/recommitted, 290-died, and 1,018-others); Region VII (3,408-final release and discharge, and 596arrested/recommitted); Region VIII (280-died); Region VI (249-died); and Region XI (707-others)

The highest number of death cases was in 1996 with 41 cases The highest number of cases for other actions undertaken by the Board was in 1996 with 96 cases The highest number of completed pardon supervision cases for final release and discharge, arrested/recommitted, died, and others were garnered by NCR (526-final release and discharge; 197arrested/recommitted; and 123-others); Region IV (527-final release and discharge, 126arrested/recommitted, 64-died, 113-others); Region VII (500-final release and discharge, 97arrested/recommitted, 32-died); Region VI (37-died); and Region XI (67-others)

From 1989 2012, the total pardon supervision referrals received was 7,8834 where the highest recorded referrals received was in 1996 with 1,339 National Capital Region has the highest number of pardon supervision referrals received with 1,642. This was followed by Region IV with 1,071 cases and Region VII with 948 cases Out of the 5,137 completed supervision cases, 3,396 cases were for final release and discharge; 782 cases were for arrest/recommitment, 337 cases were for death; and 622 cases were for other actions undertaken by the Board The highest number of final release and discharge was in 1996 recorded at 368 cases The highest number of arrest/recommitment was in 1994 pegged at 105 cases
