LAYOUT AND COMPUTER WORK

Clients should provide finished ads in accordance with Publishers technical specifications. There is an additional one-time charge of 10% for layout and computer work produced by CPG for the client. For multi-issue ads, there is also a 10% charge every time the ad is changed.

Payment is due in ROL within seven (7) days from the date of invoice at the official exchange rate in effect on the invoice date or the payment date in the case of late payments or pro-forma invoices.

RECOGNIZED AGENCIES
Recognized advertising agencies providing cameraready material may enjoy special collaboration terms on a contractual basis, provided that they follow certain volume and payment conditions. Extra charges such as inserts or other production costs are not commissionable.

FREQUENCY
Rates are based on number of insertions per twelve month period. Any advertiser who does not complete contract is subject to short rate charges (Black BOLD).

CANCELATIONS
Must be received in writing prior to the closing date mentioned above or they will not be accepted.
