a.Clear language. b.Proper stress and intonation pattern.c.Voice modulation according to modest individual emotion andcompelling circumstances.d.Coordination between the interviewer and interview by settingthe tune between the two.

Use of proper [i.e. positive] body language_ moderate facialgestures, hand movements and proper body posture.f.Decent clothing.g.Being natural and spontaneous but thoughtful and modest inresponses.h.Not losing track of responses.i.Readiness to listen first and then respond. j.Genuine but tactical responses.k.Pleasant atmosphere.
