10. (Idaho) Balsam Fir:
Traditionally used for muscular aches andpains. Soothes and rejuvenates body and mind. Known for supportingrespiratory function. (This herbaceous oil can be diffused for aromatherapyor diluted with a carrier oil for topical application. Also believed to create anuplifting sense of well-being, balsam fir is a 100 percent pure Young LivingTherapeutic Grade™ essential oil distilled for the needles of the balsam firtree.)
11. White Fir:
Has a fresh, crisp scent and is high in d-limonene, apowerful antioxidant. Supportive of the immune system,* white fir can alsobe used in massage to help relieve discomfort associated with exercisedmuscles.
12. Cypress:
is especially comforting during the winter season. Its fresh,herbaceous, slightly evergreen aroma is refreshing and restores feelings of security and stability. Cypress is also beneficial for oily or troubled skin.
13. Marjoram:
A calming oil, it has a warming effect on both mind andbody and soothes tense muscles after exercise. It is beneficial for occasionalsimple nervous tension and may also be used for cooking.

South American oil for aiding digestion and supporting thebody’snatural response to injury or irritation. Contains the highest amountsof beta caryophyllene (55%) of any known essential oil.

member of the same botanical family as frankincense andmyrrh, it has been used traditionally in Europe for the skin. Highly regardedfor reducing the look of fine lines and wrinkles, skin support, and forsoothing muscles after exercise.
16. Roman Chamomile:
Relaxing and calming for both mind and body.Its gentleness makes it especially valuable for restless children. Soothing toall types of skin, it is used extensively in Europe in skin preparations. Romanchamomile is also beneficial when added to massage oil for relief of musclediscomfort after exercise. Roman chamomile was one of the Saxons' ninesacred herbs.
17. Nutmeg:
Comforting and soothing, nutmeg helps boost energy. Italso supports nervous and endocrine systems and prostaglandin balance. 
18. Frankincense:
Has a sweet, warm, balsamic aroma that isstimulating and elevating to the mind. Useful for visualizing, improving one'sspiritual connection, and centering, it has comforting properties that helpfocus the mind and overcome stress and despair. Considered the holyanointing oil in the Middle East, where it has been used in religiousceremonies for thousands of years. More recently, it has been used inEuropean and American hospitals and is the subject of substantial research.

Essential Oils Application Methods:
(You may…)
1) Dilute 50:50 with a massage blending oil or, if you don’t have apure oil for this purpose, mix with high quality, fresh olive oil orsomething similar.2) Begin by gently massaging 2 to 4 drops on your pain location. Youmay try applying a warm or moist compress to the location. (Testthe oils on a small patch of skin first to guard against a skinreaction.)3) Consider weekly Raindrop therapy massage from a licensedmassage therapist and consider adding ImmuPower blend to yourhealing regimen.
