18 August 2013 : Though it was aSunday, but everyone was present-from morning 7 am. It was a momentof great excitement. Although therehave been many, but this was moreexciting. The students were makingthe world's largest egg-free pie. Theywere going to create a history. Over200 students were working for thisgreat day for the last 15 days underthe guidance of Prof. Manoj Srivastava(Principal of School of HotelManagement and Catering Technology
 
in Suresh Gyan Vihar University Jaipur). The students had reachedperfection not only in the art ocooking and preparing pie, but also incoordination and managerial skills. They knew how to manage things well. They had sent information brochureand information booklet all over cityfor information of people. Largenumber of people were expected toarrive to witness the making of theworld's largest pie. Thus preparationwas required not only for making pie,but also for making proper hospitalityof the guests.As soon as the students arrived, theytook the task of preparing theformulation for making pie. They hadpurchased required material for thispurpose. A specially designed pan(which was 6 feet broad and 12 feet
 
long) was prepared for this purpose. You require speically designed systemsto bake such a huge pan, andtherefore there were well preparedplans. The coordination of 200 plusstudents was beyond imagination asthey worked in close harmony toprepare the pie. As per the spirit of theUniversity, they had decided toprepare an egg-free pie to promotevegetarian food.Large number of guests were pouringin to see the making of the pie. Theywere properly treated and introducedto the concept of pie. Many of themeven didnt know about pie. There wasproper arrangement for hospitality of these guests. A group of students hadorganised a musical band to performmusical performance. There weresinging and presenting melodious
