SCHEDULE FOR PERSONAL CONTACT PROGRAM (PCP) 2008 PGDBA BATCH STUDENTS

Dear Student,

We propose to conduct a Personal Contact Program (PCP) in Jan 2009 for 2008 Batch students (First
Semester) only. The PCP is an aid to understand concepts of the subjects. This program will enable students to
interact with expert faculty and clear their doubts. The faculty employed for this purpose consists of
professionals with extensive teaching & industry experience. Students are advised to register their names for the
PCP and avail the benefit of faculty interaction to enhance understanding of various subjects.

The fees for attending PCP is Rs. 250/- per subject. The PCP Fees have to be paid via Demand Draft drawn in
favour of “The Director, Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning, Pune” and payable at Pune or at SCDL
cash counter on or before 5th Jan 2009.

Please note that attending the PCP is optional. No Spot Registration will be allowed.

The Demand Draft for PCP Fees has to reach SCDL, PUNE on or before 5th Jan 2009. Any Demand
Drafts received after 5th Jan, 2009 will not be accepted / processed & such candidates will not be
allowed to appear for PCP.

Students of 2008 Batch – PGDIT, PGDHRM, PGDIB, can enroll for the PCP, for the common subjects as
per the subject list attached herewith.

PCP for 1 year Program will be conducted in SCDL, Pune & Delhi – I Centre Only.

Note: SCDL reserves the right to cancel PCP at any of the centre, for any subject, if the student
strength is inadequate

Students are requested to send duly filled PCP Enrollment Form along with DD, mentioning their
Full Name, Complete Registration Number, and Fee Type (i.e. PCP Fee) & Name of Subjects on
the reverse side of Demand Draft.

Kindly maintain a photo copy of the demand draft as a proof of PCP Fees payment at the time of
appearing for PCP.
