The Emotional Journey
Read slowly and carefully. Whenever you see ‘…..’ pause and give your partner sufficient time to fully experience the pure, raw emotion.Start by asking what your partner’s emotional issue is. Write on separate worksheetsthat you have prepared.
1.Say:
‘Feel the feeling fully …’‘Where in your body do you feel it? …’‘Breathe into it … experience it fully … allow yourself to intensify it … Make sure they have time to FULLY experience the feeling, but don’t letthem wallow – once they have fully experienced, MOVE ON.‘Stay open, ask yourself … What is beneath it? …’‘Just allow yourself to drop through …’‘So, what are you feeling? … (it may not be wheat you expect)’- Make sure they NAME the new feeling – At EVERY LEVEL ask ‘are there any specific people related to thisfeeling?’ Put an asterisk at the level that the person(s) appeared, and not whowas there. Once they have named a person,
 stop asking this question –
youhave now established the level of the CAMP FIRE.2.Keep dropping through to the next level until you get to their Source. Let your  partner rest there for approx 15 – 30 seconds
1

Source may be called one of many names, but will be boundary-less, andwill have a vast quality such as: Freedom; Silence; Unlimited Peace; Eternal;Eternity; God; Unlimited Love; Consciousness; Awareness; Emptiness;Vastness etc.
3.
Then Say:
‘Knowing yourself as this vast boundlessness, this stillness, this pure love, this (
 persons Source
), if (
Source
) had something to say to (
last level
), what wouldit say?’Wait until they answer …
Then Say:
Just allow(
Source)
to wash right through(
last level
).’
4.
Repeat Question 3, bringing their Source up through each level until you reachthe Camp Fire level, (
the level at which you marked an asterisk
)
5.
Begin the Camp Fire Process (
 see Camp Fire Process Sheet
). When completecontinue on to point no.6.
6.
 After
completing the Camp Fire Process, continue bringing their Source upthrough the final levels repeating question 3, and washing through, until youreach their original starting level.
7.
Read Future Integration, at moderate pace. There is no need to write anythingdown (
 see Integration Process sheet
).
