Americans hear it all the time for the political elites how their predecessors got away with violating the constitution and how the result of this violation benefited the country on ideology agendas. In reality, the erosion of restricted government power by those who have the power will ultimately grant itself immunity to all constituted restrictions; granting itself unlimited power away from a Republic Democracy.

The Destruction of American Legitimacy
Americans hear it all the time for the political elites how their  predecessors got away with violating the US constitution andhow the result of this violation benefited the country onideology agendas. In reality, the erosion of restrictedgovernment power by those who have the power willultimately grant itself immunity to all constituted restrictions;therefore granting itself unlimited power away from aRepublic Democracy, (that elitist in power now call an
“old”
 construct).
1. WAR
Ten years ago, Barack Obama, John Kerry and Joe Bidenattempted to convince Americans that a Republican war wasun-constitutional and wrong, especially unilateral war in aforeign country even though thousands of Kurd children weregassed with rock solid evidence. The Democrats deemed nonationalsecurity
risk, no “accountability”, no “doing nothing isworse” and
a non issue especially for USinvolvement in a civil war. Now these same elitesare pushing for and international intervention into
one nation‟s civil war, identical to Iraq human
rights violation 10 years ago. What has changed?IDEOLOGY CHANGE! Now the Bush(Republicans) are out of office, it is now the(Democrats) turn to promote war.
Written by states before enacting a Federal Government:
Federalist papers 69
the rule of the commander and chief. Congress engages and authorizes war, commander and chief oversees the conflict. Reason for this restriction is due to the fact representativestates will lose sons and daughters to any conflict; a single administration has nothing to lose deciding thelife and death of thousands.
Constitution Article 1, Section 8
of the U.S. Constitution says:
“Congress shall have the power … To
declare War, grant Letters of Marque and Reprisal, and make Rules concerning Captures on Land
and Water.”

Note: James Madison, who was involved in proposing this language, said it was designed to
give the Congress power to decide when the nation would initiate the use of military force, “leaving to the
Executive the power to repel sudden attacks (no time)
AGAINST AMERICANS.”

Modern Interpretations of War andConstituted Powers:
Joe Biden
:
I teach separation of powers and constitutional law and I got a group of constitutionalscholars (Barack Obama) together and determined that a president has NO constitutional authority to takethis country to war (or launch a unilateral attack without congressional approval) and is an impeachableoffence for a president to take us to war unless we are attacked or proof of an attack

Barack Obama:

“Rushing into a war unilaterally is a mistake” “If it does happen the real debate is how
much is it
going to cost.. factions within the country and rebuilding” How would I have voted on the IraqiWars Powers Act? “ I would have voted NO. The reason is… allowing a car blanch to the a
dministration,a doctrine for pre-emptive strikes that I am not sure sets a good precedence. 2002 Interview with Jeff Berkowitz.
John Kerry
For the sake of our country, the legitimacy of our cause and our ultimate success in Iraq, the administration must seek advice and approval from Congress, laying out the evidence and making thecase. Then, in concert with our allies, it must seek full enforcement of the existing cease-fire agreementfrom the United Nations
Security Council,”
Barack Obama:
"The President does not have the power under the Constitution to unilaterally authorizea military attack in a situation that does not involve stopping an actual or imminent threat to the nation"Boston Globe 2007
2013 Examples of the erosion of Representation, Liberty and Restricted Government

(sinceothers bypassed constituted law, so can I)2013: John McCain, Newt Gingrich, and John Boehner
tagged the
Republican
war machine by theLeft, personally granted
Barack Obama
, a
Democrat
the power to use their Wars Powers Act since heclaimed
Reagan, Clinton
and others

also bypassed Congress to engage violent acts that luckily did notstart world crises at that time and deemed a success by minimum casualties to US personnel. If Russialobbed a few missiles on US territory of 60
days… that is NOT an act of war??
Barack Obama 2013:
IHAVE DECIDED to take ACTION againstSyria
” “ WE (OBAMA) CAN STRIKE WHENEVER WE CHOOSE” “
I (ONLY OBAMA) AM PREPARED TO GIVE THAT ORDER, buthaving made that decision as Commander and Chief (power Obamagranted himself) of whatI(only Obama) am convince is a nationalsecurity risk.I(only Obama) made a second decision,Iwill seek  authorization for the use of force by the peoples representatives incongress
(a side gesture, an added benefit Obama decided to grant Americans
by having an “oldconstitution”
to respect if he so chooses).
“Yet, while
Ibelieve (only Obama)Ihave the authority to carry out this military action without specific congressional authorization
” (just bypass
representation).
White House Rose Garden 2013

How to end the conflict in the Middle East? Muslims stop Muslims on Muslim violence. How to keep theconflict in the Middle East on going? Launch more missiles and cause more deaths from the hired ObamaMilitary Expediency Force. In summary, those who the government decides to kill (only by executive decision) using the US militarytools of war, bombs and bodies, whether Bush, Clinton, Regan or Obama, Democrat or Republican, it isthe one who has the power who ultimately manipulates the American populace to fight and die for their own personal wars.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

2. Modern Interpretations of Constituted Powers toGovernment Healthcare:
She (Clinton) Mandates that everybody buy healthcare; she'd have thegovernment force every individual (un-constitutional) to buy insurance and Idon't have such a mandate 'cause I don't think the problem is that the peopledon't want health insurance-- it is that they can't afford it so I focus more onlowering costs and this is a modest difference but it's one that she's tried toelevate, arguing that because I don't force people to buy healthcare that I'm notinsuring everybody. Well if things were that easy I could mandate everybody buy a house and that would solve the problem of homelessness...It doesn't."
Democrat Barack Obama.
2012 Examples of the erosion of Representation, Liberty and Restricted Government
Democrat Barack
Obama suggested that the high court would be guilty of “judicial activism” if it
overturned the forced
Affordable Care Act
. He also argued that the justices should uphold the
individual mandate, saying it‟s a key —
and constitutional to force a government service by taxation.
Democrat President Barack Obama 2012 Politico
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

3. Modern Interpretations of ConstitutedPower Overreach:
“This is part of the whole theory of
George Bush, Republican
that he canmake laws as he is going along. I disagree with that. I taught theConstitution for 10 years. I believe in the Constitution and I will obey theConstitution of the United States. We are not going to use signingstatements as a way of doing and
end run around Congress.”
DemocratBarack Obama
