Save your mask into your mask folder under C:/Program Files
 
/Corel/Paint Shop/Masks.Open a 550x550 transparent canvas. Flood fill white.Open a paper of choice from the kit, I used: sb_pmt_midnight_pp5Paste as a new layer.Load mask “Vix_Mask143” included with supplies with these settings:Right Click and Merge your mask layers.Copy and paste the frame I provided in the supplies OR create your own.If you use the frame I provided, resize by 90%.2
 
 Now if you want to create your own frame, start with a paper of your choice. I opened:sb_pmt_midnight_pp4. Use your rectangle tool and for your foreground color choose pattern, then that paper choose your paper choice. Click on your transparent box on your  background layer, so it’s null. I used the top tool bar settings: Box for Create on a Vector checked, Horizontal: 200, Vertical: 200, Line Style Solid, Width 35.35 and Uncheck Anti-Alias box. Don’t make your frame to large, see mine to reference. You can always hitundo when you want to try again.Once happy with your size, convert to a raster. Now I used one of the overlays to add an additional look to the frame. I used:sb_pmt_midnight_half tone overlay2.Click on your frame layer to make active. Go to your top tool bar, Selections, Select All,Float, Defloat, Invert. *Do not deselect yet.Copy and paste as a new layer your overlay pattern of choice.Hit delete on your keyboard. Now you can deselect.*To Deselect, you go to your top tool bar, Selections, Select None.Merge this layer down to merge with your frame. Add a drop shadowCopy and paste your ribbon from the kit: sb_pmt_midnight_ribbon deco, resize by 85%.Use your pick tool and drag the edges in some so it fits across your frame, with theelements sticking out some. Once your happy with the position, duplicate, flip. Nowmerge the two, and then merge again onto your frame.Open your tube of choice. The tube I used is by Nicole Brune-Package B-Sapphire-SatinResize by 90%. Add a drop shadow and Duplicate this tube.Drag one layer beneath your frame layer. Click on the top tube layer to make active, useyour freehand selection tool and encircle what you would like to hide under the frame,hit delete on your keyboard. Deselect.Add any elements that you prefer from the kit. I used the frame cluster:sb_pmt_midnight_stamp frame cluster and pasted as a new layer. Duplicate and drag onelayer beneath you main bottom tube layer. Click on the top frame cluster to make active,and use your free hand selection tool again, select what you would like hidden. Hit deleteon your keyboard and Select None, to deselect.I also used a ribbon from the kit: sb_pmt_midnight_ribbon1_shdw, resize by 85%, freerotate by 90% and position to the left of your frame, above all your layers but your tube,duplicate, mirror.I also used one of the tags: sb_pmt_midnight_tag3, I resized this by 60%.Add a drop shadow.3
