Order on Sanctions The Motion to Impose Sanctions for Failure to Make Discovery having been presented to the Court, and duly considered, it is hereby ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED by the Court that the Garnishee/Defendant, CHIROPRACTIC CARE (hereinafter defendant), be and appear before the court at 9 o'clock a. m., on the 23rd day of July, 2013, and show cause why, if any, the Defendant should not be held in contempt for willfully and intentionally obstructing the Order of this Court. THE DEFENDANT IS HEREBY PLACED ON NOTICE THAT, IN THE EVENT THE COURT SHOULD MAKE A FINDING OF COMMISSION OF WILLFUL AND INTENTIONAL ACTS BY THE DEFENDANT RESULTING IN A DETERMINATION OF CONTEMPT, THE DEFENDANT MAY BE INCARCERATED AS A RESULT; THEREFORE, THE DEFENDANT HAS THE RIGHT TO LEGAL COUNSEL AT THE HEARING. In the event the Defendant fails to appear at said time, the Defendant will be arrested and confined to the Madison County Jail, pending further orders of this court. It is further ORDERED that a copy of this Order be served personally upon the Defendant by a lawful officer of the State of Alabama.
