We the undersigned have read the General Conditions For Sponsors and we agree to observe and be bound by them and we understand that these conditions form part of a legally-binding Contract between ourselves and the organiser of Formula One Sponsorship Forum under the laws of England, Monaco and the EU, and that by signing this form a contract will henceforth exist between ourselves (The Participant) and the organisers of the forum (The Organiser).
Payment Terms:
The full value of the sponsorship amount will be due from 1 September 2005.
