I do not think you are right SOLEIL2210, THERE IS IN FACT such concept. Proof is, people NEED TO BE AWARE OF THESE THINGS prior to doing their exercises. If such concept did not exist, EVERYBODY WOULD IN FACT ''guess'' these things dont you think? I find these tips most accurate since, AS AN IELTS TRAINER MYSELF, I have seen so many people that ACTUALLY HAVE THESE PROBLEMS when facing an IELTS test WITHOUT PROFESSIONAL HELP. I fully support these tips and I would rather call them EXTREMELY HELPFUL. Of course, you have to be a trainer to address such problems and look at it from that angle. Sorry SOLEIL2210, but you have to research and TEACH for the IELTS, AND READ FURTHER to give your viewpoints on this. Nothing personal but, I write this because I do want people to know something good when they see it and comments like yours could detour their judgement. Do take these tips into account dear candidates!

I do not think that there will be a conception of failing the exam. There will be no score to determine whether you pass or you fail. The matter is whether you obtain a high band score or not :D
