Dear Sir or Madam:Paragraph 62 of the Remedial Design Administrative Order on Consent (AOC) (IndexNo: CERCLA-02-2003-2027) requires that GE notify EPA within 14 days of initiating fieldwork. GE plans to begin mobilization to collect treatability study samples the week of April 26,
April 19, 2004Page 22004 and begin full scale sample collection on May 3, 2004.
