This will Show you how to fix iPods and iPhones stuck on the Boot Logo WithoutRestoring. Only Tested on My Custom Firmware :/ It worked 6 times already
BEFORE WE BEGIN
1.First Make sure YOU ARE NOT Connected via USB to your Mac/PC
 
2.Make Sure iPhod is OFF (Hold Home and Sleep/Wake button in unison for about 5Seconds)Step 1:Turn Your iPod on and LEAVE IT ON for about 15 minutes until the Screen Dims andyou see dimmed boxes at the bottom of the screen.BOXES ONLY HAPPEN WITHSOME BOOT SCREENSStep 2:Turn the iPhod OFFStep 3:Then Turn it on. (DO NOT CONNECT IT TO YOUR COMPUTER YET) and inEXACTLY 5 Seconds Connect it to your Computer. It should boot up and show your Springboard.*******NEW*** METHOD 2: NEED A FAST, NO WIFI SSH CLIENT? TRY iPHONE BROWSER. WORKS LIKE ACHARMMust have ssh installed1. turn ipod or iphone off 2. connect cable3. turn on ipod iphone4. listen for ding dong (window) or what ever the mac sound is5. ssh to your ipod iphone6. goto /var/mobile/7. rename Applications to Applications28. wait 5 second and your springboard will pop up9. now rename Applications back and restart
DO NOT FREAK IF YOU SEE SOME APPS ARE MISSING
If this happens a manual sync in iTunes WILL BRING BACK YOUR APPS,IN NORMAL STATE, because the apps are still downloaded on your device, Just notVisible. Now if you don't want this to happen again go here to find out how.Fix for Cydia Install/Uninstall Crash **********************************************************************************
