Zero overhead growth (ZOG) is an important concept in the improvement of municipal government. Within this concept is the idea of process improvement. Process improvement is the foundation for ZOG and lean six sigma which is a growing tool used by municipal governments to continuously improve work processes. This short presentation gives a five step process for improving municipal government work processes.
