Air Freshener Gel Formulations

FORMULATION 1
COMPOUND Novegum C865 Aquagel MM60 Potassium Chloride Sodium Hydrogen Sulfite ColaMulse Emultron PM Fragrance Formaldehyde DI Water Total % 1.35 0.85 0.30 0.05 1.00 2.50 0.30 93.65 100.00

1. Dry blend the Novegum, Aquagel, Potassium Chloride and Sodium Hydrogen Sulfite together. 2. Disperse the blend in heated water (~60-65C) and mix at 70-80 for approximately 30 minutes. 3. Cool the solution to ~65C. 4. Add the ColaMulse Emultron PM, fragrance and preservative while stirring and mixing until homogeneous. 5. Pour the mixture into desired container and allow it to cool to room temperature until it forms a rigid gel. Novegum is from Noveon, Inc., Aquagel is from Rhodia and ColaMulse Emultron PM is from Colonial Chemical, Inc.

Dry blend the Novegum, Aquagel, Potassium Chloride, Calcium Acetate and Sodium Hydrogen Sulfite together. Disperse the blend in heated water (~60-65C) and mix at 70-80 for approximately 30 minutes.
