This is not a case of he said, she said; it appears there were numerous witnesses that will attest to the fact that Hutcheson was the aggressor; the truth will come out and thanks to our legal system, Hutcheson (a coward) will probably get off easy, meanwhile Fleming may not ever recover from his injuries, where's the justice in that? I hope Fleming's family files a civil suit against Hutcheson so he will realize that cowards must pay a price for their aggression.
