11LocalDisputeCommittees

(LDC) consistof localmembers.


1.11.1TheLocalDisputeCommittees TheLDCs

considerthe validity of allegationsof breachesof this Constitutionasa whole

andconductan investigationinto any disputebetweenmembers(whetheror

not oneof the partiesis an officer of the Association)arisingout of the

Constitution.

I.ll.2 Thedecisionof theLDC is final but mustbe accompanied


by adequate

reasons.

1.11.3LDCswill havenot lessthan5 localmembersandnot morethan13members

at arryonetime.

l.Il.4 Any decisionby theLDC is final if it is reached


by at leasttwo thirdsof the

memberssiuingon the LDC.

1.11.5 LDC membersmustbe votedin andtheprocedure


for electionis identicalto

the electionof the RegionalandBranchSecretaries.


Theterm of office will be

oneyearandall sectionsapplyingto Officersof the Associationapplyto

membersof the LDCs with the necessary


changes.Theywill ceaseto be

membersof the LDC if theyceaseto be a memberof theAssociation,


resign,

arereleased,aredismissedor areunableto carryout their functionsfor a

periodof onemonthor morefor whateverreason.
