Berg, Esquire [hereinafter “Berg”], and herebysubmits the within Motion for Reconsideration of this Court’s Order of June 9, 2009 on thefollowing grounds:Relator has discovered new law and new information pertaining to the Conflict-of-Interest with both the United States Attorney General’s Office as well as the United StatesDepartment of Justice;This Court never addressed the issue of the Conflict-of-Interest;A Conflict-of-Interest exists with U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder; the U.S.Attorney General’s Office as well as the United States Department of Justice in violation of theFederal Conflict-of-Interest Laws and the Code of Federal Regulations;
