AIKIDO SEMINAR AND UPGRADING

MY AIKIDO will be hosting a Seminar and Upgrading on Aikido. The programs will be
conducted by Suzalie Sensei (3rd Dan). Details are as follow:

Seminar and Upgrading for Children (10th – 7th Kyu)

Date/ Day: 27th June 2009/ Saturday
Time: 9:00am – 1:00pm
Venue: My Aikido Dojo,
Lot 907G, Kompleks Diamond, Bangi Business Park,
43650 Bandar Baru Bangi, Selangor D. Ehsan
Fees: RM70 (Seminar RM30 + Upgrading RM40)

Abstract:
The 1 hour seminar will be packed with demonstrations and in depth explanations on
Aikido techniques that are very simple yet practical in our daily life. Participants will
be given the opportunity to execute the techniques under the supervision of Suzalie
Sensei, thus this provides the chance for each participant to improve themselves in
Aikido.

Participants will enjoy:

 Certificates for the Seminar and Upgrading (valid for the yearly Extra
Curriculum Assessment at school).
 Upgrading Belts (Obi)
 Drinks
 Great networking experience

0900 - Registration
0930 – 1100 - Aikido Seminar for Kids
1115 – 1300 - Upgrading Session
1305 - 1330 - Results of Upgrading & Certificate/ Obi Presentation

Terms and conditions for Upgrading:

1. Candidate must fulfill the attendance requirements as stated in the Aikido Training Syllabus.

2. Candidate must settle any outstanding payments of fees for the Aikido Academy Malaysia
(AAM) or MY AIKIDO Dojo @ Bangi.
