Hajj2013 (Package # 3) 13 Days Executive Package (922 Oct 2013)

1. Introduction The Hujjaj on this package will travel from IslamabadDubaiJeddah on 9th Oct 2013 (04th Zul Hajj) and return to Pakistan from Medina on 22nd Oct 2013 (17th Zul Hajj). On arrival in Makkah, Hujjaj will be accommodated in Economy Building in Azizia about 10 km from Haram from where the Hujjaj will stay for 10 Nights and perform Umrah and later Hajj from Azizia. The stay in Azizia includes 5 Nights stay in Mina. On 14th of Zul Hajj, Hujjauj will travel to Medina and stay in Hotel Royal Diyar, 250 meters from Harram, located in the North Central Area. 2. Duration of Package About 13 days. Exact duration will be given after confirmation of seats. The duration may increase or decrease by 2 days without affecting the cost of the package. 3. 4. Stay in Dubai on return from Medinah:a. The transit visa will be provided at Dubai airport as per airline policy. b. Emirates airline will provide pick & drop from Dubai airport to Hotel & back to Dubai airport.

c. d. e. Hujjaj must be ready to travel back from Hotel to Airport 3 hours before departure time of the flight. Hotel stay in Dubai including pick & drop & food will be complimentary provided by Emirates airline as per their policy. If transit in Dubai is beyond 8 hours. Category of the Hotel in Dubai is decided as per Class of the Ticket. Which is as follow: Economy Class Ticket Holder = 3 Star Hotel Business Class Ticket Holder = 4 Star Hotel First Class Ticket Holder = 5 Star Hotel Difference of Ticket price of economy & business class is Rs. 62000/- per person. The package price includes the cost of economy class ticket. Hujjaj can visit Dubai city and shopping area but they must not forget to reach back to Hotel 3 hours before departure.

5. Accommodation:a. Economy Building in Azizia : Economy Building in Azizia about 10 Kilometers from Harram. In Azizia separate rooms will be given to families as per family size. Shuttle Transport will be provided on 5th, 6th of Zul Hajj and for Tawaf-e-Wida from Azizia building to Harram. The Stay will be from 414 Zul Hajj. (Including 5 Nights stay in Mina/ Arafat) Food:i) Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner. Simple Pakistani 2 dishes food. ii) The company will not be able to provide food from 08 to 12 Zul Hajj in Azizia. Since all staff and services will be deployed in Mina during this period. b. Medinah: Hotel Royal Diyar about 250 meters from Harram located in North Central Area near Haram. Maximum 4 persons in a room. Stay will be from 14 17 Zul Hajj. In all hotels, in each room 2 beds are of standard size. Additional beds are always smaller in size and low in quality. No sharing booking is allowed in this package. Family will have to book as per their family size. Food:- Breakfast & Dinner as per Hotel Menu & schedule. 6. Mollam/Maktab:a. Maktab # 7, South Asia (VIP Category). b. Executive Tents in Mina with following services: Gypsum walled, Air cooled tents in Mina. Sofa Cum Bed in Mina tents. Air conditioned tents in Arafat. Buffet Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner by Moallim. 20 x Hujjaj in 2 combined tents. 4 x 4 meters each. Mattress in Arafat Tents. c. Private Washroom in Mina & Arafat.

7. Transport a. Moallim Transport From Jeddah Airport to Azizia Building. From Azizia Building to Mina and back to building. Transport from Mina to Building in Azizia will only be provided to those Hujjaj who move from Mina to Building on 13th Zul Hajj. Hujjaj moving back to Azizia Building on 12th Zul Hajj will have to walk. It is a punishment to travel on 12th Zul Hajj from Mina to building / hotel or any other place by Moallim transport due to extreme traffic jamming. We suggest Hujjaj to travel by foot. It takes about 8 to 10 hours to reach building from Mina by Moallim Transport. No transport will be provided for Tawaf-e-Ziara. From Azizia Building to Medina Hotel. From Medina Hotel to Jeddah Airport. b. Taqwa Transport Van, Coaster or Bus. Ziarat at Madina. From Makkah Hotel to Economy building in Azizia in Makkah. Shuttle transport for prayers on 5th ZH and 6th ZH only. Tawad-e-Wida. 8. Unutilized Transport Coupon Following clauses regarding unutilized transport coupon are part of package:a. Claim against un-utilized transport coupon like Medinah to Jeddah OR any other leg/part of journey will be processed by the Company. Refund will not be given to Hujjaj. Claimed amount will be retained by the Company. b. Any Hujjaj who arrange private transport for any leg/part of journey during Hajj, particularly from Makkah to Medinah, the concerned Hujjaj will arrange his transport with Saudi National Driver and pay for whole expenses. The claim against his unutilized transport coupon will be processed by the Company. Refund will not be given to Hujjaj. Such amount if any will be retained by the Company. This clause is part of package. c. No Hujjaj will initiate & receive any claim against unutilized transport coupon with Saudi/Pakistani authority at Makkah, Jeddah or anywhere else in and outside Pakistan. d. Movement on private transport will be discouraged. Hujjaj must plan their movement with group as per Maktab movement plan. 9. No Refund in the shape of Foreign Currency Hujjaj will carry Foreign Currency at their own arrangements. No amount in the shape of foreign currency OR traveler cheque is refunded to Hujjaj on this package. 10. C hildren Policy a. Children will pay full package price equal to Adults. b. No child discount is applicable on Hajj Air Fare & Hajj Compulsory dues. c. Infant: Infants born on & after 25th November 2011 are allowed only following discounts: Airfare: 90% of ticket price equal to Rs 76500. Hajj compulsory dues : Rs 50920 The total discount for Infant in the package price will be Rs 127420.

11. Carriage of Luggage a. All Hujjaj are advised to carry minimum luggage. The airline allows one piece per person weighing maximum 30 KG. Any extra luggage Haji will have to pay SR 54 per kilo(varies as per Airline). b. Loading & unloading on the vehicle is the responsibility of the Company. However, carriage of luggage from vehicle to room & room to vehicle is the responsibility of Hujjaj. c. All Hujjaj will write their name, passport number, package, Maktab number, telephone number of Maktab, mobile number of group leader & their own mobile number on their respective bag / luggage. 12. Cancellation Charges a. Cancellation 10 Days before last date of booking = Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousands per Head will be charged). b. Cancellation after Hajj application submitted to Ministry of Hajj but before 1st June 2013). Rupees 25,000 (Twenty Five Thousand per head will be charged) c. Cancellation on & after 15th August 2013 but before issue of ticket, only the Cost of ticket will be refunded out of total package price. d. After the Hajj Visa is stamped, cancellation will not be accepted. Any Hajji not proceeding for Hajj due to any reason may it be due to sickness or hospital admission, no refund from Package Price will be given. In case of death of Haji after the Visa is stamped only the cost of ticket will be refunded. In such eventuality the relatives of concerned Hajji must inform us in writing at least 10 days before departure date of flight, so that his seat is canceled & ticket refunded, production of death certificate is must. 13. Guest / Relatives a. Guests are not allowed to stay in Hujjaj Rooms/Tents in Mina & Arafat. b. Hujjaj can meet their guests in Hotel Lobby. c. Hujjaj will pay directly to the hotel authorities for their guest if they take them for food in the hotels. d. Any Hujjaj who desire his relatives in Saudi to perform Hajj with him, he can make the booking of their guest at the time of their own booking with us at the following rate subject to availibility: Services in Mina only = 9,000/- SR per head Any unpaid guest staying in Mina tent & Arafat will be handed over to Saudi Police through Moallim. 14. Cost of the Package Includes:- The cost of package includes followings:a. Processing of Hajj Visa. b. Hotel accommodation in Medina. c. Economy Building in Azizia from 0414 Zul Hajj including 5 days stay in Mina. d. Cost of Moallim, Tents & Transport during Hajj. e. Qurbani: Qurbani is included in all packages through bank.

Food: Hotel in Medina: - Breakfast & Dinner as per Hotel timing & Menu. Azizia:- Full Board (3 Times food) i. Two dishes Pakistani food arranged through a Restaurant during the stay. ii. Timings may not be followed strictly due to blockage of Traffic because of heavy rush. Mina:- One dish food in Mina. Arafat:- Food in Arafat is provided by Moallim. No food will be served at Jeddah / Medina Airport or during any move. No separate food on medical descriptions can be served during Hajj. Please accept our apology in advance. g. Drinking Water: In Azizia, Drinking water will be available in the dining Hall. In Hotel in Medina, Drinking Water will be the responsibility of Hujjaj. 15. Laundry: - Laundry services are not included in this Package. f. 16. Package Price for Quad Room: -Rs. 600,000/- Per Head with Ticket (Emirates). 17. Additional Facilities on Additional Payment a. DBL = Additional Rupees =Rs. 70,000/- Per Head (Mak & Med Only) b. TPL = Additional Rupees =Rs. 35,000/- Per Head (Mak & Med Only) c. If want to stay in Makkah in Front Line Hotel instead of Economy Building in Azizia extra amount will be DBL (with Breakfast & Dinner) = Rs. 780,000/- Per Head TPL (with Breakfast & Dinner) = Rs. 625,000/- Per Head Quad (with Breakfast & Dinner) = Rs. 550,000/- Per Head 18. Definitions / Explanation/ Clarification a. DBL Means Room with Two Beds. (including Dbl Room in Azizia) b. TPL Means Room with Three Beds. (including Dbl Room in Azizia) c. Quad Means :i. Hotel in Medina room with 4 Beds. ii. Economy Building in Azizia rooms with up to 6 Beds. d. Distances are taken from the outer periphery / fence of outer lawn of Harram. e. Single Person on this package will be booked on double bed room. f. Jeddah Airport to Makkah Hujjaj will travel in the buses of Ministry of Hajj Saudi Arabia through Camp office Ministry of Religious Affairs, Pakistan at Jeddah Airport like any other Hujjaj irrespective of Package. e. Azizia is like a society/Mohallah/Colony. Like in Rawalpindi Westridge, Satellite Town etc. To reduce the package price Hujjaj are kept in these area for few days. 19.
