This document has been signed by many hundreds of individuals who understand that there is a normal way that wars are ended, and that is through a negotiated settlement. The FCDA is sponsoring this call for a realistic, long term solution to the Drug War, the same as any other war ends, with a truce and a Drug Peace treaty. This is offered as a starting point couched in international Human Rights Law. (Less)
