A well researched presentation. Every family run businesses face split in third generation. There are many examples probably author know more about it. Lack of tolerance, Ego,fail to understand each others action and intentions are the main reasons for it. At one stage multiple commands frustrate employees too. Can you suggest the right remedial measure? - Rajaram
