Mary,
Good Morning to you.... I Hope that your Holidays have brought you many joys.
First I would like to make my reservation for the x-mas dinner on December

21. Party of one.....lol
Second....I need to let you and Mrs. crow know that I am again planning to have a
pizza party for Rikki for her class on December 10.
There will be pizza and juice and cake. I will provide all the table ware as
well.....<:o)

It is my understanding that notes need to go home with the students in the
event that someone would like to bring a sack lunch, and also that the
cafeteria staff need to be aware as well.....

I ask that Mrs. Crow please let me know what time she would like for me to
have the pizza there.....I know they go to lunch at 11:40 am....but I can
have them there anytime that is most convenient for her class schedule.

Again that day as I discussed with Rikki....Friday, December 10, 2004 (her
actual b-day is the 12th) Please let me know if this is alright, and what if any more that I need to do

to make this a happy event for all the kids.....
btw.....how many kids are in her class for sure.....?
Thank you Mary......

Claudine - no problem with coming to the Christmas lunch. I will let the
kitchen know.
However, I was told through the case manager that at this time we could only
do public open events - (events that all parents are invited to such as our
special holiday lunches, school programs, carnival, etc.).

I am sorry but this DOES NOT include a birthday party in the classroom for Rikki and her
class.

Mr. Swartz,
Would you please clarify for me the below....
On page 2, B. line 8 of the last Order.....you recommended.
".....lunch, class parties and other events to which all parents are invited

generally."

When I had written to you prior to your final recommendation, I was wanting to
be able to continue the tradition of the classroom party to which Rikki has
every year of her life had in school, a small but large gift to Rikki to
celebrate her Birthday in school in class that many other students do.....

Please understand that this is an event that Rikki has always looked forward
to......her father of course is always welcome to come....as he has done
sometimes in the past a few times.....he has never had a school/classroom
party for Rikki as I am the one who gladly takes this responsibility to our
daughter.

As you know I will always comply with the school and your recommendations,
which is why I am asking for your clarification......
If in fact in January...we hope have a modification of supervised visitation,
in my opinion only......why not promote healthy activities publicly....?

I was denied my parenting time last night, and that is ok....simply because I
love my daughter and this is something that she wanted to do....I realize that
parenting involves change and lost parenting time to better meet the needs of
the child.......However, I am asking for you to please allow this party to
take place as this is something that Rikki and mom look forward to every year,
as SundayDecember 12,is Rikki\u2019s actual Birthday and this she spends with her
father.

I am asking to keep our tradition (Rikki and I)on enjoying Rikki\u2019s birthday
with her classmates on Friday December 10th 2 days before her actual birthday.

Please let me know what I need to do to help to facilitate this...so that she
can have her once a year her day party at her school with her classmates and
teachers, as has always been done.

If this is a misunderstanding on the part of Mary, would you please let her
know.
If this is a misunderstanding on my part....I truly am sorry.....that was not
how I interpreted it at all.....

Please let me know.....
I have yet to respond to Mary....but I will ASAP and thank her for "letting me
know...."
Respectfully;
Claudine Dombrowski

Mr Swartz,

Would it be ok...to deliver the pizza to the office and have someone from the
office be sure to get it to Rikki's classroom, like the Halloween cupcakes at
the Halloween party were able to be delivered.....without mom.

As you know I will work with the Courts and the school in any and all
ways.....however, as this is something that Rikki expects and looks forward
too.....may she please have the pizza party without mom?
