Subject: TEMPORARY CONTRACT PERMANENT SECRETARIES Date: 29/8/2013

Following the review of salary and conditions of employment of Permanent Secretaries, it has become necessary to clarify the provisions on the administration of annual leave as stipulated on clause 3.3 of the temporary contract of Permanent Secretaries. Subsequently, Permanent Secretaries who have outstanding annual leave accrued in their current contract will be compensated, based on their current base salary. The temporary contract shall come into effect on 1st September, 2013.
