Gardener

BASIC FUNCTIONS:
The Gardener is mainly responsible for maintaining the rose garden by weeding,
watering, pruning and cleaning trash out of the flower bed.

Duties include:
• pruning
• weeding
• cleaning out flower bed

QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in caring for a rose garden (preferred)
Able to work for an hour outside
Able to lift up to 10 lbs.

TIME COMMITMENT:
Twice a month for 1 – 2 hours

SUPPORT PROVIDED:
The Volunteer Coordinator is available on an ongoing basis to answer
questions and provide assistance as needed.
