Many customers, especially in Europe andSouth America, expect certification in many areas among the people with whom they conduct business.What does it mean to be ITIL Foundations Certified?A person who is ITIL Foundations certified is a person who has passed the 40 question multiple choiceITIL Foundations certification examination with a minimum of 26 correct answers.
