What is the cost for the initial visit to my business?

There is no charge for the initial visit. Our objective is to understand the key details about your business in order toidentify the best options for supporting your efforts in creating greater profitability. If we find there are ways we canhelp, we will propose an arrangement for your approval.

Do you have a menu of services or just a “package deal”?

We have many possible solutions for any business. In many cases we determine that a focused approach using one of several solutions will accomplish the objectives while other times we find that combining solutions will provide for amore effective and sophisticated process. No matter what solutions are implemented at the outset we continuallyreassess the process to determine what adjustments may be required as your business changes. Be assured our focus isalways on providing you with the highest quality financial intelligence for use in improving your company’s profitability -We are in fact your Chief Profit Officer (CPO).

How will you determine my needs, necessary services and related costs?

We talk with you. We ask questions about your company, your staff, your operations, your concerns, your successes,your financial goals/needs both personal and for your business. Then, with your input, we determine the best approachfor achieving your goals/needs without breaking the bank.

What is the cost of your Diagnostic Report?

In most cases we can obtain the necessary information to design the appropriate approach at no cost. However, we canperform a 160 point detailed investigation of the often overlooked aspects of your operations to determine the areaswhere you have the greatest risk(s) of

profit leaks

in your company. The cost of this formal diagnostic service isvariable based on the size and complexity of the company’s operations.

Do I need to sign a written contract? If so when?

No. There is no contract required. We expect to earn your trust and confidence each and every month. If you feelthere is no value in the service you can cancel with only 30 days notice.

How do you determine the number of hours you need to spend at my business each month?

There is no one that knows your business better than you. We don’t believe that we (or anyone else) can walk into yourcompany and tell you how things should be done. However, we do believe we can work with you to change the way you

By equipping you with the financial intelligence you need to make decisions morequickly and with greater confidence, we can achieve the goal of producing greater profits in your business. Basically,we don’t make the decisions for you; we help you make better decisions. Therefore, we often find that minimal time isrequired on-site at your business. The vast majority of our work can be performed via Web sessions and conferencecalls which allow us to offer our service at such an affordable price while still providing customized and personalizedservice.

Do you train my staff?
