2008 Pine Lake Lakefest

About our event:
The town of Pine Lake would like to thank you for your interest in our 2009Lakefest. This event will be held on Saturday, October 3
rd
, 10 a.m. to 6p.m. and Sunday, October 4
th
, 2008, from 12 to 6 p.m. The festival willtake place along Lakeshore Dr. in Pine Lake, GA. This beautiful venue willmake a lovely setting for visitors to stroll along the art vendors whileenjoying fine food and music from our world-class stage.
Artists
:Artist space at this venue is limited. All artists of handcrafted, quality work are invited to apply.
Rules for exhibitors:
 
Displays must be kept neat and professional.Place all trash in the provided bins, and leave the area as you found it.All vehicles must be moved to the designated parking area after unloading.Festival staff will assist in unloading in order to move vehicles from the vendor areaas quickly as possible.No early tear-down is permitted. Vendors are expected to operate the full hoursof each festival day.The Festival will be held rain or shine. No refunds due to inclement weather.Photos, logos and/or websites provided with this registration may be used by thefestival planning committee to promote this event (in fliers, on our website, onposters, ads, etc.).Access to electricity is unavailable.Vendors are responsible for proper safety and health precautions to protectparticipants, City of Pine Lake, the public and the property of others.Private security is provided for Saturday night. However, the Festival is not liablefor any loss or damage to any property or artwork/products of Vendor resultingfrom fire, theft or any other cause.
 
Booth Space and Vendor Fees:
Vendor space will be 10
’x10’, and vendors must supply their own tent
sand displays. A maximum of three artists may take part in one booth.The cost of a space is $75 for non-Pine Lake residents (earlybird, $85 after 8/1/09), $40 for residents. Multiple and adjoining spaces may bereserved. Vendors are asked to be set up and ready by 9:45 a.m. onSaturday, 11:45 a.m. on Sunday.

The committee requests 3-5 images representative of work to be sold in order toassess vendor diversity. These images may be submitted as photos, reasonably sizedfile attachments (emailed to PineLakeFest@gmail.com), or links to your webpage. If possible, please also include an image of your booth presentation (not required).

Artists not chosen for this year’s festival are invited
toapply again next year. Refunds will be granted, less a $5 administrative fee.
Festival agreement:
By signing this application, I understand and accept that this constitutes a contractbetween myself (the artist/business) and the Pine Lake Lakefest 2009.
