Planet X - Nibiru
 Like me, you may have heard about Planet X in the past and didn't know whatto think. I have read several Web sites on the subject and still did not knowwhat to think about this seemingly bizarre claim.In his February Last Call Gospel Ministry newsletter, Pastor F.M. Riley givesus an excellent summary of what he has found and his opinions on thesubject. I pass this on for your information. "Official" sources say there is nosuch thing. Decide for yourself.
RECAP OF INFORMATION ABOUT PLANET X
 
INTRODUCTION
 We first broke the news about Planet X in the August, 2002 issue of ournewsletter. In our January, 2003 issue we gave our readers an update onPlanet X. Due to the many inquiries we have received, in this issue I want toagain review the subject and update the information we have about Planet X.
WHAT IS PLANET X?
 Planet X is a planet that the ancient Sumeriansreferred to as "Nibiru." This ancient Sumerianword literally means "Planet Of The Crossing."The Sumerians gave it this name becauseevery 3,630 years Planet X crosses Earth'sorbit. The Sumerians counted it as the twelthplanet in our solar system because theyregarded both the Sun and Moon as planets.However, modern astronomers have dubbed itas Planet X, meaning that it is the tenth planet in our solar system, the "X"standing for "ten." Planet X has a highly elliptical orbit, rather than the usualcircular orbit, more resembling the orbit of a comet than of a planet.

It's orbit carries it far out into space, far beyond our known solar system, butthen every 3,630 years it returns to the inner solar system and crosses theorbit of Earth.Planet X is a humongous, giant planet over five times larger than Earth, andhaving over 100 times the mass of Earth. It has a magnetic core that is sopowerful that it clashes with the electromagnetic fields of other planets in thesolar system. It was because of this electromagnetic disturbance of otherplanets that astronomers in recent times figured out that there had to beanother huge heavenly body in the outer reaches of the solar system. Thesearch for this unknown heavenly body began over 400 years ago. There is agreat amount of literature available on the subject for those who want toresearch it.Astronomers finally discovered Planet X in 1982. It was in that year that NASAacknowledged the existence of it. A year later (1983) IRAS (InfraredAstronomical Satellite) actually spotted a large mysterious object in the depthsof space. The Jet Propulsion Laboratory also acknowledged its existence.News items about its discovery were printed in the Washington Post and theNew York Times. But shortly after these public announcements the greatcoverup began.
THE GREAT COVERUP
 After the discovery of Planet X in 1982, astronomers began to study itseriously. They soon discovered that it was inbound, headed towards theinner solar system again. It was determined that it would cause massiveearthquakes, volcanoes, tidal waves, the melting or shifting of the polar icecaps, sudden fluctuations in temperature and climatic conditions, andprobably a shift in the polar axis of Earth. This information was passed on tothe political leaders in our government, and presumably the political leaders ofother nations. After some consultation, it was decided that if the news aboutPlanet X and the worldwide disaster that it is expected to cause was releasedto the public, the public would react in fear, hysteria, panic, and anarchy. Theresult would be the total collapse of the world economy. Wicked men willprotect their precious dollars at any cost, counting them of more value thanthe lives of their fellow human beings. So, a decision was made to suppressall information about Planet X, classifying it as "Super Top Secret." Yet, in theyears since 1982-83, NASA and other agencies have continued to diligentlystudy Planet X, accumulating a vast amount of information about it. In spite ofthe best efforts of astronomical and political leaders, working in collusion tosuppress all information about Planet X, there have been leaks.It is now known that the Hubble Space Telescope has been repeatedly usedto observe Planet X, but all information obtained by it has been hidden fromthe public. Only a select few top scientists and government officials have beenallowed to view the photographs of Planet X picked up by Hubble. It has alsobeen revealed that the Hubble telescope is equipped with specialtechnological equipment that prevents any interception of its signals byanyone other than NASA.

Since it is only taking pictures of things in the heavens, why is it so importantthat only NASA receive those pictures? Do they have something to hide?They sure think they do!It has also been revealed that since 1982-83 the government has quietlyfinanced and built eight new observatories, equipping them with the mostadvanced technological equipment available, for the specific purpose ofstudying Planet X. These observatories are in various locations around theU.S., with two of them being in New Mexico. But the public was never toldabout these observatories being built with their tax dollars. Why?
YOUR CARING GOVERNMENT
 During the twenty-two years since the discovery of Planet X, the governmentsof the wealthy industrial nations of the world have quietly built vastunderground complexes (bunkers) capable of housing thousands of people.These bunkers are intended to guarantee the survival of certain wealthypolitical leaders, ultra-rich bankers, corporate heads, etc., and others deemednecessary for their survival and pleasure. These bunkers have been stockedwith enough food, water, clothing, medicine, and technological equipment toguarantee the survival of the occupants for several years. Those "selected" touse the bunkers have also placed various treasures in them (art; money;automobiles; alcohol; etc.) in order to preserve these things for their futureuse. At the proper time these "special" people plan to enter their secret,reinforced, earthquake proof bunkers, where they expect to "ride out" thedevastation caused by Planet X, emerging only after the chaos and danger isover.But what about the masses of people on Earth who have no bunkers? Toobad! So sad! The ultra-rich political and financial leaders of the world couldcare less about the survival of the "common man." The only important thing tothem is that they survive. They are the "nobles." They must survive in order torebuild a "New World Order" and rule over whatever "peons" may survive thedevastation caused by Planet X. Sic!
BUT GOD.....
 As I read these various reports now coming in, I have been made to marvel atthe absolute accuracy of God's inspired Word. There is no question that thecoming of Planet X is going to cause Earth to tremble and shake like it hasnever been shaken previously in human history, Haggai 2:6-7; Matthew 24:21;Hebrews 12:26-27; Revelation 16:18.
