Nonetheless the letter indicated " This Office has no jurisdiction over employees of the USPS or the federal courts. We have found no basis on which actionby this Office would be warranted. Accordingly, we are returning to you some of the materials you sent tothis Office, including a copy of your Petition for Writ of Certiorari in Carlton v. Henderson, No 99-565, filedwith U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, and a DVD of the Jerry Springer Show, SO-618-93. TheCase was filed with the Supreme Court and the DVD was entitled the Postal Holocaust.
