The Controller’s Office will continue to track civil grand jury recommendations until therespondent indicates an agreed-to-be-implemented recommendation is fully implemented orabandoned because it is no longer reasonable or warranted. The updates for fiscal years 2003-04,2004-05, 2005-06, 2006-07, and 2007-08 are posted on the Controller’s website located athttp://www.sfgov.org/site/controller_index.asp?id=50721.
 
Status of Civil Grand Jury Recommendations
As required by Section 2.10 of the San Francisco Administrative Code, the Office of the Controllerreports to the Board of Supervisors on the status of the implementation of the recommendations ofthe San Francisco Civil Grand Jury.
 
As requested by the fiscal year 2005-06 San Francisco Civil Grand Jury, this office is posting ourtracking document online and updating this working document as new information becomesavailable. The following are reports on status of responses to the Civil Grand Juryrecommendations by fiscal year. The reports show whether each recommendation is:
 1.
Fully Implemented
 2.
Still in process of being implemented
 3.
Requires further study
 4.
Abandoned because they are no longer relevant or feasible.
