3-POSITION MATCH (3 X 20) and PRONE MATCH (60 Shot) NRA Authorized SATURDAY SEPTEMBER 28, 2013 St. Francis, MN

Eligibility: This match is open to any shooter. Location: Minneapolis Rifle Club small bore range (located on Minnetonka Fish & Game Club Property) 8310 Hill and Dale Road, St. Francis MN 55070. Time: 9:00 AM for 3-Position (3X20) and 1:00 PM for Prone (60 Shot) Course of Fire: 3-Position Match Match 1 Prone: 50 Meters, A-50 target, 20 shots, 5 shots per bull, 45 minutes, metallic sights. Match 2 Offhand: 50 Meters, A-50 Target, 20 shots, 5 shots per bull, 60 minutes, metallic sights. Match 3 Kneeling: 50 Meters, A-50 Target, 20 shots, 5 shots per bull, 50 minutes, metallic sights. Match 4 aggregate of Matches 1, 2, & 3 Unlimited sighters allowed. The competitor will be allowed 15 minutes for each position change. Prone Match (60 Shots): Match 1 Prone: 50 Meters, A-50 target, 20 shots, 5 shots per bull, 30 minutes, metallic sights. Match 2 Prone: 50 Meters, A-50 Target, 20 shots, 5 shots per bull, 30 minutes, metallic sights. Match 3 Prone: 50 Meters, A-50 Target, 20 shots, 5 shots per bull, 30 minutes, metallic sights. Match 4 aggregate of Matches 1, 2, & 3 Unlimited sighters allowed. The competitor will be allowed 15 minutes for each position change. Registration: Adults = $9.00 Each Match (includes MN Sales Taxes, range fee, and awards) Juniors = $5.00 (includes MN Sales Taxes and range fee. No awards) Governing Rules: NRA International Rifle Rules, Revised April, 2013 NRA Rule 3.1 will govern rifles. NRA Rule 19.2 any competitor not having a NRA classification will fire in the master class. Rule 19.8.1 will govern your assigned class. If there are less than five entries in a class, they will be moved into the next higher class. Special Conditions: Seniors may use any sight for the entire course of fire but must have 5 competitors for an award class. Challenges: $3.00 challenge fee will be charged for each challenge and refunded if challenge is justified. See NRA Rules 16.1 for details.

Awards: Approximately 10% of the entry fees will be returned to the competitors in the form of cash and/or award points. Five Shooters are required to form a Class. If you think you have an award coming, please do not leave. Awards not collected by winner at end of match will be donated to MRC. Squadding: All matches will be squadded by classification if possible. Score cards will be issued upon registration check-in. NRA identification cards and classification cards must be available. Notes: Shooters are required to bring their own target clips and drinks/lunch.
