1.- SWAP Project Manager provides the site list 2.- Wireless team received the site list and ask to TEMM for DSX position for each site. Also TEMM defines the position of the site in the BSC - Juan Jesus Hernandez (TEMM BSC engineer) - Osvaldo Lima (TEMM BSC engineer) 3.- Huawei RF team received and provides the GSM EPT which the RF information for each site like number or cells, TRX, frequencies, etc -Enrique Zepeda (Huawei RF team leader) 4.- Wireless team do the script for each site and provides to TEMM BSC's engineers and Huawei RF team 5.- TEMM BSC's engineers get the OT to download all the scripts in the BSC - Juan Jesus Hernandez (TEMM BSC engineer) - Osvaldo Lima (TEMM BSC engineer) 6.- Huawei RF team applies for OT to configure the information cell from each site in the MSC 7.- Project Manager applies for OT to have access for each site during SWAP's night 8.- During the SWAP's night all the OT will be report with TEMM CCR to perform all the activities 9.- Huawei Wireless team will activate each site when the TX is available and jumpers are connected to antennas 9.- Huawei RF team downloads the neighbor script in the BSC. 10.- Huawei RF team will send people to check the performance for each site

1.- TEMM Regional Manager asks to Huawei Regional Project Manager integrate some new 2G sites based on DRA system -Regional TEMM Project Manager -Regional Huawei Project Manager 2.- Huawei Project Manager delivers the site list to Wireless and RF team 3.- Regional Project Manager should ask for site information (frequencies and neighbor list) to TEMM and provides to Huawei RF team 4.- Wireless team asks to TEMM for DSX position for each site. Also TEMM defines the position of the site in BSC - Juan Jesus Hernandez (TEMM BSC engineer) - Osvaldo Lima (TEMM BSC engineer) 5.- Wireless team provides the script to PM and PM sends to TEMM to get the integration OT. It is necessary attached the neighbor script which is provided by Huawei RF team. 6.- TEMM approves the OT and the site can be put on air by Wireless and site engineers. 7.- Huawei RF and Wireless team need to check if the call and data services are ok for each site. If the services work normally the site can be report in DRA system by TEMM.

1.- TEMM Regional Manager asks to Huawei Regional Project Manager integrate some new 3G sites based on DRA system -regional TEMM Project Manager -regional Huawei Project Manager 2.- Huawei Project Manager delivers the site list to Wireless and RF team 3.- TEMM RF team provides the RF information necessary to get the UMTS EPT 4.- TEMM BSC engineers provide the IP addressing for each site - Juan Jesus Hernandez (TEMM BSC engineer) - Osvaldo Lima (TEMM BSC engineer) 5.- Huawei RF team provides the UMTS EPT based on the information that TEMM delivered 6.- Wireless team get the NodeB and RNC script for each site and deliver to Regional PM in order to get the integration OT 7.- Huawei RF team provides the neighbor script for each site 8.- TEMM approves the OT and the site can be put on air by Wireless and site engineers. 9.- Huawei RF and Wireless team need to check if the call and data services are ok for each site. If the services work normally the site can be report in DRA system by TEMM.
