The three federal judgeshad apparently angered Turner by upholding a ban on handguns in Chicago andsuburban Oak Park.Turner also wrote that the same court had decided the case of white-supremacistMatt Hale, who was convicted of soliciting the murder of a U.S. District Courtjudge in Chicago. The judge's mother and husband were murdered in her home.Turner blogged, "Apparently, the 7th U.S. Circuit Court didn't get the hint afterthose killings. It appears another lesson is needed."Turner - who in the past has advocated spitting on Jews and carrying out "good oldvigilante justice" against "Negroes" - was arraigned Monday in Connecticut oncharges of inciting injury to three state officials there. In that case, Turner urged his blog followers - also on June 2 - to "take up arms"against officials who championed a bill to give lay persons more control overfinances in Catholic parishes and suggested the officials should "Obey theConstitution or die."Turner was arrested at his home June 3 on the Connecticut charges. He did notenter a plea Monday and his next court date in that case is on July 14.
