Dear Sirs and Our leaders of Burma, We would like to request to ALL, most of activists are doing by owned ways by group by group or individual risk scale for Democracy from their location. We are public and we need to go effective or positive movement for Burma because we stuggled for democracy was since 1970. But, the prospect was closer than before and most of politicians are also trying by their owned risk scale and individual way of stuggling. Now, 2010 election is very closed to us and we need to know the NLD clearly decision because of the movement of momentum is essential. 1. NLD supposed to compete with 2010 election, must prepare and take the time bar before SPDC declared the election date. 2. If not agreed to join 2010, what is the political stand for 2010 election and SPDC will make the 2010 election is 100 % surely. 3. The 1990 election result is still alive and 2008 constitution was SPDC's 54 members (SELECTED by SPDC) approval only. The refrendum of public was not clear yet on the base of 1947/1974, 104 charter of constitution. 4. The 1/90 statement by SPDC were approving the 1990 election result and no one cancel the 1990 election result except the Hluttaw decision by casting vote or INTERIM Government's statement according to 5/96 by SPDC. 5. Why the SPDC/SLORC kkep their promise accordingly such as General Khin Nyunt speech on the 100th. and 104th. press conference infront of domestric and international reporters. 6. If NLD agreed to co-operate with SPDC/SLORC, must prepare for elction otherwise not time to compete with them. 7. Public hand over the POWER to NLD and NLD must make the best resolution for the this political turning point by CEC and DASSK's guide line.
