Grievance Committee
1) Grievance is referred to as a formal written complaint by CPMmember/s who believe that he/she/they have been aggrieved by adecision, misrepresented, marginalized; and for other issues andconcerns that needs to be mediated and addressed by the grievancecommittee.2) The grievance committee shall conduct investigation and gatherinformation (statements/witnesses) pertaining to the filed complaintsand grievance. Mediation and conflict resolution shall be instituted toaddress all grievances and complaints. Arbitration shall be the lastresort to address complaints and grievances. The grievancecommittee will remain impartial by hearing all sides/parties involved.Complaints and grievance may be in the following form :a) Nomination issuesb) Voting issuesc) Membership issuesd) And all other formal written complaints submitted bymember/s3) The grievance committee shall be composed of three (3)members. It will be formed in the municipal, provincial and nationallevel. Members will be selected according to their integrity, probityand trusted by the members and considering gender balance aswell.
