Plaintiff states there is reasonable cause to believe thatROBERT KNOTT is presently suffering from a mental disease or defect(Schizophrenia, undifferentiated type), for which he requires careand treatment in a suitable facility.2. ROBERT KNOTT is a convicted prisoner serving a life sentenceof imprisonment. Attached hereto as
is a copy ofdefendant's Judgment and Commitment Order and Sentence Computation.Defendant is incarcerated in the Mental Health Evaluation Unit at theUnited States Medical Center for Federal Prisoners (USMCFP) inSpringfield, Missouri. On April 19, 2002, defendant was examined byRichart L. DeMeir, Ph.D., Clinical Psychologist, at the USMCFP. It
