2 obiettivi (“multi-tasking”): insegnamento e ricerca.



Se la qualità di uno dei due “prodotti” è pocoosservabile/verificabile (didattica), meglio non basarecontratto su premio all’altro obiettivo (la ricerca): si farà soloricerca!



Se vi è un terzo obiettivo (consulenze private) che interessasolo al ricercatore e che compete con gli altri due, megliovietarlo che aumentare il compenso per una o ambedue lealtre attività.

È giusto il modello italiano?

“… organizations do not enforce contractual provisions onworking hours for committed and collaborative employees but might apply them to punish/fire employees that exploited their acquired freedom opportunistically. Universities accommodateteaching reductions for professors who excel in research or are particularly collaborative on other activities that are hard tospecify in a contract or verify for a court.
