Description

Teens and young adults are very vulnerable to crime and, unfortunately, become victims of crime more than any other age group.

This document is part of the Teen Tools series developed by the National Center for Victims of Crims. It is presented by School Safety Partners, www.SchoolSafetyPartners.org, and the makers of the motion Picture, "April Showers," as part of a workshop on teen-led initiatives for school safety.

The Teen Tools fact sheets show how to recognize a crime, what emotions to expect, and how to receive or give help. Fact sheets are available on Scribd about: Assault, Bullying and Harassment, Child Sexual Abuse, Dating Violence, Hate Crimes, Robbery and Property Crime, Sexual Assault, Stalking, Crime and Trauma, Information for Parents, and Information for Friends.
