ACTIVITY EXERCISE PATTERN Prior to confinement, the clients foods are more on pork, fish, and rice and

d some vegetables, he is seldom eating chicken because he has allergy to it. The client was taking a bath and passed a stool every day, he is a well groomed man. He can sleep with one pillow; he doesnt feel easy fatigue because of his everyday work at the farm. The client can take good care of himself. He usually spends his leisure time with watching televisions, reading newspapers, listening to music and sometimes he goes out with his family and friends. He doesnt feel any body weakness unless it was a tiring day for him. The client does plowing and planting rice in their farm. During confinement, the client was nothing per orem. The client cant do anything regarding taking care of him; he was lying flat on bed with no pillows and wearing a hospital gown. When the client was awake he can bend his head forward, move his arms and his finger toes and feet. After confinement, the clients diet was low liberal salt and low fat diet, he still lying flat on bed with one pillow and wearing a hospital gown. He can now turn on his side minimally, bend his knees and reached things he needed.
