This is a public talk open to anyone who wishes to learn about the relevance and value of meditation practice.

Sunday 2:30 Meditation with Lama Yeshe Rinpoche

An opportunity to receive teaching and meditate with one of the worlds foremost meditation masters.

Saturday and Sunday morning, there are a limited number of private interviews.

Ani Lhamo will explain the significance of taking refuge.

Sunday 11am Refuge Ceremony

For those who wish to formally commit to becoming Buddhist, Lama Yeshe Rinpoche will give Refuge.

Booking in advance is highly recommended, to avoid disappointment, as places are limited.
