IIdeclarethatIamnotmarried.MymarriagetoDEBORAHmANROWEJACKSONhasbeendissolved.Ihavethreechildrennowliving,PRINCEMICHAELJACKSON,JR.,PARISMICHAELKATHERINEJACKSONandPRINCEMICHAELJOSEPHJACKSON,IT.Ihavenootherchildren,livingordeceased.ITItismyintentionbythisWilltodisposeofallpropertywhichIamentitledtodispose-ofbywiil.IspecificallyrefrainfromexercisingaU150wersofappointmentthatImaypossessatthetimeof~ydeath.illIgivemyentireestatetotheTrusteeorTrusteesthenactingunderthatcertainAmendedandRestatedDeclarationofTrustexecutedonMarch22,2002bymeasTrusteeandTrustorwhichiscalledtheMICHAELJACKSONFAMILYTRUST,givingeffecttoanyamendmentstheretomadepriortomydeath.Allsuchassetsshallbeheld,managedand,.distributedasapartofsaidTrustaccordingtoitstermsandnotasaseparatetestamentarytrust.

Ifforanyreasonthisgiftisnotoperativeorisinvalid,oriftheaforesaidTrustfailsorhasbeenrevoked,Igivemyresiduaryestatd'totheTrusteeorTrusteesnamedtoactintheMICHAELJACKSONFAMILYTRUST,asAmendedandRestatedonMarch22,2002,andIdirectsaidTrusteeorTrusteestodivide,administer,holdanddistributethetrustestatepursuanttotheprovisio~sofsaidTrust,ashereinabovereferredtoassuchprovisionsnow

existtothesameextentandinthesamemannerasthoughthatcertainAmendedandRestatedDeclarationofTrust,werehereinsetforthinfull,butwithoutgivingeffecttoanysubsequentamendmentsafterthedateofthisWill.TheTrustee,Trustees,oranysuccessorTrusteenamedinsuchTrustAgreementshallservewithoutbond.IVIdirectthatallfederalestatetaxesandstateinheritanceorsuccessiontaxespayable

uponorresultingftomorbyreasonofmydeath(herein"DeathTaxes")attributabletoIl/propertywhichispartofthetrustestateoftheMICHAELJACKSONFAMILYTRUST,includingpropertywhichpassestosaidtrustfrommyprobateestateshallbepaidbytheTrusteeofsaidtrustinaccordancewithitsterms.DeathTaxesattributabletopropertypassingoutsidethisWill,otherthanpropertyconstitutingthetrustestateofthetrustinentionedintheprecedingsentence,shallbechargedagainstthetakerofsaidproperty.VIappointJOHNBRANCA,JOHNMcCLAINandBARRYSlliGELasco-Executors
