Submission from the National Organisation for the Reform of Marijuana Laws(NORML NZ Inc) in support of Petition 2005/0084 from Chris Fowlie, on behalf of NORML New Zealand Inc, and 2,991 others:
We, the undersigned, request that parliament give urgent attention to changing the law toallow individuals to obtain, possess and use cannabis for treatment of serious medical conditions when this has been recommended or endorsed in writing by the individual’sregistered medical practitioner.
