violation of the Maxi-mum Contaminant Level (MCL) for Total Triha-lomethanes (TTHMs) in the Celina and East Jefferson water system for the quarterly time period of April,May, and June 2009.Rule 3745-81-12 of the Ohio Administrative Code(OAC) establishes the MCL of 0.080 milligrams per liter (mg/l) for TTHMs. Compliance with the MCL isbased on a Running Annual Average (RAA) for the four (4) most recent quarterly results.
