Fear can propel some of us into tremendous success by providing the adrenaline we need to constantlygrow and expand beyond our current selves. Fear can also cripple us and make us scared to move inany direction, let alone forward.Fear wears many masks and always seems the most terrifying in our darkest moments. For some of us here in the 3rd dimension it takes sometime before we ﬁnd that inner light to guide us through thelandmine of our negative emotions. All of our great teachers have said that our emotions are meant to be a guidance system only, not acontrolling factor in our life experience. Read through the following pages and see how you too can pickup the tools of fear and use them to move you towards your dreams and not away from them. How we deal with fear however is what divides usinto participants or spectators in the game of life. The participants feelthe fear but do it anyway, where as the spectators stay frozen at thesidelines like deer caught in the headlights.
